Dynamic Engineers is a marine and industrial engineering firm working out of our own slipway and workshop at New Port, Nethaji Nagar, Puducherry. We design, build, repair and maintain dredgers, barges, ferries and industrial steel structures — most of it from a single site on the waterfront, with the crew and equipment to see a job through from first cut to final coat.
Under Managing Director M. John Stephen — a Certified Welding Inspector accredited by the American Welding Society — the firm has built, repaired or maintained vessels for the Port Department of Puducherry, the Kerala State Maritime Development Corporation, the Pondicherry Tourism Development Corporation, and private shipyards across South India.
